Qualifications for application
You must:
①High school diploma or equivalent.
②Be able to submit the results of an official Japanese proficiency test, such as the JLPT, or be able to submit a document that states the number of hours for which you have studied Japanese at school etc. (At the time of application)

All documents must be issued within three months prior to submission to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau.

Documents written in languages other than Japanese must be accompanied by a Japanese translation (using Word or similar), except for Personal Record ①.

Except for the original graduation certificate, submitted documents will not be returned.

The school will notify the applicant regarding the issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE). Upon issuance, tuition and other fees must be paid promptly. The CoE will be sent to the applicant after the payment confirmation. Thereafter, the applicant must visit the local Japanese embassy to obtain a visa.

Under certain circumstances, tuition already paid may be refunded. However, the visa application fee and entrance fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
